The loan process will be explained to you and a list of documents
will be required in support of your application.
The application is then ‘packaged’ with a covering
letter and submitted to the lender with the supporting documentation.
As your broker, I follow the loan every step of the way from
submission through to settlement, liaising with your real
estate agent, solicitor and the lender.
Getting a pre-approval for finance is useful because it allows
you to know how much you can borrow, allowing you to shop for
a property with confidence. A pre-approval usually just takes
a few days and it doesn’t cost you anything.
