At the loan interview, your needs and preferences will be matched to lenders from our Lending Panel to help you make a choice. The loan process will be explained to you and a list of documents will be required in support of your application.

The application is then ‘packaged’ with a covering letter and submitted to the lender with the supporting documentation. As your broker, I follow the loan every step of the way from submission through to settlement, liaising with your real estate agent, solicitor and the lender.
